I love fall. It’s my favorite time of year. It’s beautiful and colorful, mild, cool,and comfortable — just a great time to be outside and active. I still exercise regularly at the gym, especially during the busy work/school week, but I do try to spend more time exercising and playing outdoors this time of year. Each fall my husband and I try to take advantage of some of the unique options the Triangle has to offer, either on our own or as a family. Here are just a few of these outdoor opportunities.
